Meet Our Founder & CEO

Rep Ready is led by Bianca Winbush, Founder & CEO, an experienced entrepreneur with prior business ownership and a strong foundation in customer service, operations, compliance, and governance.

Professional experience includes BPO operations, banking, mortgage servicing, legal services, and customer support programs across healthcare, e-commerce, and higher education. This diverse background is complemented by leadership experience within a federally regulated housing finance institution, with expertise in third-party oversight, regulatory compliance, external examinations, risk management, and data analytics.

A Detroit native and Wayne State University graduate, Bianca holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Management and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). This combination of education, professional credentials, entrepreneurial experience, and corporate leadership brings a well-rounded perspective to Rep Ready’s approach to service delivery, operational governance, customer experience, and performance accountability.
